House rules

Dear Guests,

To ensure smooth coexistence with other guests, we kindly ask for your understanding in considering the following points.

General
We are available 24/7 for any questions, issues, or emergencies.

Payment
We would like to remind you that we do not accept card payments. You can settle the remaining amount in cash with us, or transfer the amount to our account during your stay.

Kitchen
If you miss anything, please let us know, and we will take care of it. A brief guide to the appliances can be found in the kitchen. Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and activate it before your departure.

Waste Separation
You're on vacation. We kindly ask you to dispose of organic waste (including tea bags and coffee) in the green bin. We will collect the garbage from the apartment for you on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Bathroom/Toilet
Please do not dispose of food scraps, feminine hygiene products, kitchen paper, etc., in the toilet. Towel change is not provided in the apartment as usual. Sufficient towels are provided per person. You can activate the towel dryer with the timer.

Ski Boots/Skis and Hiking Boots
Please store the ski equipment in the ski room and not in the apartment. Use our ski boot dryer in the ski room. It automatically turns on in the evening and in the morning. You can also dry dirty hiking boots in the ski room.

Damages
Accidents can happen. Please inform us of any minor unintentional damage, and we will take care of it.

Ventilation
Please ventilate several times a day.

Quiet Hours:
To avoid any conflicts with other guests and neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. onwards. This applies to both indoor and outdoor areas.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed throughout the house. Please only use the balcony and terrace for smoking.

Duty of Care
When leaving the apartment, make sure that windows and doors are always closed, and all electrical appliances and lights are turned off.

Departure
On the day of your departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
